Gene and the crew were great. We’d been having leaking problems and needed a new roof and some other extensive repairs. Gene was very attentive to our needs, both before and during the job. He and the crew had many good ideas about how to fix the problems with the house. They are all hard workers and do high-quality work. After I rushed home from work every day to see what progress had been made, the lead-man, Dean, was very willing to explain everything and discuss the plan for the next day. As a former carpenter, I’m very happy with everything they did and how they conducted themselves on the job – both inside and outside of my house. Our cat is happy to have the job completed! The crew was, however, very considerate of our “scaredy, indoor-only cat” and took seriously the need not to let him outside. My wife and I would definitely hire them again, and the cat said he guessed that would be OK.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that we couldn’t be more pleased with our new addition. It was a major project and we have absolutely no complaints, as a matter of fact, we can’t find a single thing that doesn’t far surpass our expectations. The workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding.

Collaborating with Consolidated Home Improvement has been a positive and pleasant experience. I wanted to reiterate how thrilled I am with the renovation that your exceptionally talented team of builders recently completed for my home in Falmouth. From start to finish; they have been thorough, thoughtful, professional, and I have observed impeccable talent and detail in all they have touched. From the first wall going up on the exterior sunroom, the siding installation, to the new front door installation- the completed project is gorgeous and so tastefully finished. I love it!

I am duly impressed with the customization of certain elements- such as the walnut bench Dean designed and built, the design touches Ben made to the kitchen landing, to the banister that Danny built, and the box Danny and Dean designed and installed to cover the outside gas meter-all so clever! The new garage, mud room and sunroom – the finish work is spectacular; Ben did a fantastic job painting- and the trim that Danny built is beautiful; every single piece was customized. The new windows and siding have made an ENORMOUS difference in this homes curb appeal not to mention what a relief it is to not have to paint the exterior ever again- thanks to you for that idea!! There is so much detail that went into this project I could not list it all; it is spectacular. Thank you to Dean for managing everything.

Dean, Ben, and Danny all take a great deal of pride in their work, and it shows. I have enjoyed being able to tap into their expertise and collaborate on solutions to various aspects of the project, I truly valued their opinion. I was pleased that at the end of each day how they cleaned, organized, and cared for the job site. Every day they were on time. A number of my neighbors commented to me how courteous everyone has been; again; deeply appreciated especially in tight quarters like we are in this neighborhood.
